At Ami Cherie, each piece is produced in small quantities and many items are handmade using natural materials. Because of this, we are unable to offer open-ended or mass-retailer style returns.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a full unboxing video showing the condition of the package as it was opened.
An unboxing video is required for all damage claims. Without this documentation, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the nature of the issue and item availability.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.
For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, custom or made-to-order pieces, items showing signs of use, items damaged after delivery, or products with natural variation in tone, veining, texture, or finish that are inherent to handmade or natural materials.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are part of the character of our pieces and are not considered faults.

We offer domestic and international shipping where possible. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply upon arrival.
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Ami Cherie is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or customs-related issues, though we will always do our best to help where possible.
